In the Artist’s Words… The aim was to celebrate IPFW’s 40th anniversary as well as the spirit and reach of nearly 40,000 alumni who reside in all 50 states and 38 countries around the world. A call to submit ideas for the mastodon design concept went out to the alumni. Everything from career choices to type of degree to alumni signatures was considered, but the big vote-getter was World Wide Alumni Don. Current numbers of alumni are shown for each geographic location, providing a snapshot in time of “Where in the world” IPFW alumni are today. An alumni “don” icon marks each location.
