In the Artist’s Words… My friend Karen Rothermund, marketing director at Fort Wayne Radiology, asked if I would be interested in this unique project. Working together, we created the design for RADescent Don. He is modeled after the figure in the sponsor’s logo and is fondly known as The Radman. We wanted a holographic look but had to settle for chrome and a color-changing paint. My daughter Kelsey and I completed the project in three weeks. It was great to be part of such a fun community project. I was very impressed with all the talent and creativity that was shown by all the people involved.
