In the Artist’s Words… The most rewarding result of my participation as a “Mastodonian” artist was the opportunity to be a member of an artistic community. Working alongside Julia Meek, Gwen Gutwein, Palermo Galindo, and Drew Teague delighted me. They accepted me into their artistic community and inspired me. I experienced complete satisfaction when I watched the public take immediate ownership of all 102 mastodons.
