In the Artist’s Words… Since Tower Bank was the major sponsor of the event, our mastodon was needed several months ahead of the rest of the herd. DecoDon was on display and served as a hands-on example to potential designers. The art deco style was inspired by the interior and exterior of the historic Tower Bank building — one of the most dramatic buildings in Fort Wayne’s skyline. The gold and black color scheme was the unifying element of the design.
