In the Artist’s Words… We wanted Donny to have a sack of big apples, but we couldn’t find any really big craft ones anywhere. Just two days after Easter, however, we happened on some huge plastic Easter eggs at a local craft store. I put them in the oven to soften them and then reshaped the tops to look like apples. Yep, those apples in Donny’s knapsack are baked.
